This is perfect for my 2 year old. For the price, it's a good toy for this age group, He plays with it all the time. My 4 year old wants a bigger, heavier one. So it's good starting point, at this price range and now they each have their own. Also, he loves to take it in the car. The bigger ones can't go in the car and this is a favorite to carry around. I am editing to add that I have changed my initial review, I was disappointed at first because I had bought it for my 4 year old. Later the seller reached out to correct the problem and I was surprised, I forgot that I left a negative review because by this point, my 2 year old had become obsessed with the toy. I am impressed that the seller reached out to correct the problem, even though at this point there was no problem. Buy the toy for a young toddler. It is a great toy, priced fairly and you are buying from a great seller who appreciates and cares about their customers satisfaction. I am actually adding a star for the seller following up to ensure that I was a happy buyer.Too much money for value.Our 1 year old grandson loved them! Perfect size for his little hands.Bought it for my sons 2nd birthday and he loves it. It seems mostly sturdy. The only issue we have is that the digger part pops off really easily and so we have to put it back on a lot, but it’s also easy to reattach. It’s completely plastic so we don’t worry about it getting wet or dirty. Bought it for the outdoor sandbox and it’s perfect for that. Lots of digging will be done ???It's a nice toy and moderate quality. Unfortunately the way the excavator shovel is attached isn't sturdy, thus constantly falls off while digging even in loose/dry sand. My children don't enjoy it as much as other toys due to this. I initially rated this as a 2, but changed it to a 4 due to the excellent customer service of the seller who messaged me offering a full refund on a used toyMy kids love this toy, we have twin boys who love trucks. They are 3½. As you see in the picture the backhoe will come off but it rarely does my one son will pull it off just to have me put it back on but he has just recently stopped doing it that and it's still holding up. They have taken it to their sand box and into the bathtub with them. They use it to pick up their other toys and will even take it for walks with with and roll it down the sidewalk with them. These pictures were taken after all that hard play. So the only reason I gave the durability a 4 star is because the backhoe bucket comes off otherwise these trucks are cool. They may seem a bit small but again my kids love them and it's nice that they are not to big or to small they seem just right honestly. I put a hotwheels car by it for size hope this helps!I love the handles on it, so no pinching of skin or fingers. Not real smooth and the excavator part bucket keeps coming off, but snaps back in easy.This is flimsy and the buckets pop off easily and are a pain to snap back on. Very cheap like a beach toy.
